Hello guys! Hope you are safe! Today I am back with another Top Ten Tuesday post. This post’s prompt is to share books that make you smile. This is my list:
1. The Books I Read In My Childhood

I was an avid reader as a kid, and I used to devour books by Enid Blyton, the mysteries of Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys, The Three Investigators, and Tintin, amongst others. Seeing these books on my shelf now hits me with a serious case of nostalgia and definitely puts a smile on my face.
2. To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han

The light-hearted story of shy and sweet Lara Jean Covey dealing with her letters being sent out to her crushes puts a smile on my face whenever I read it.
3. Graphic Novels of Debbie Tung

I have read two of Debbie Tung’s graphic novels- Quiet Girl In A Noisy World and Happily Ever After and Everything in Between. Both are highly relatable for introverts and bookworms (and funny too!) and I will recommend you to read them if you haven’t!
4. Persuasion by Jane Austen

I get happy reading this short and sweet book about second chances in love.
5. Heidi by Johanna Sypri

Heidi is one of my favorite stories and I first read it in Eighth grade after having watched the animated series as a kid on TV. It is a sweet story of a girl being sent to live in the Alps in Switzerland with her grandfather.
And that’s the end of my list! What are some books that make you smile? Do share in the comments below!

Great list! To all the boys is also on mine! I need to read Heidi!
